About EVERWAY

EVERWAY is a tabletop roleplaying game first created 25 years ago by Jonathan Tweet (Dungeons & Dragons 3rd Edition, Over the Edge, Ars Magica). The Everway Company is launching a new Silver Anniversary Edition to re-publish the game and release new support material.

Retailer Post-Kickstarter Terms

• Retailer Direct Sales: Our direct-to-retail sales outside of Kickstarters are handled by Atlas Games. See their page for retailer details. Everway orders may be combined with Atlas Games orders if desired.
• Demo Kit: Retailers may request 1 free demo kit for Everway after placing an order. This consists of the Gateway Book (currently available free to all through DriveThruRPG customers if you want to preview it), a one-session ready-to-run quest, a basic fortune deck, and a random selection of vision images.
• Media Kit: We are assembling and distributing our living media kit via DropBox. Please send us email to request access. We are always open to requests for specific kinds of assets if there is a need.

Retailer Kickstarter Terms

• Fulfillment Partner: Our partner Atlas Games is distributing our Kickstarter rewards worldwide, in the priority we set. Order details and payments are coordinated through our Pledge Manager.
• Eligibility: We need your store name and UBI, the point of contact’s first and last name, email, phone number, shipping address, a photo of your storefront or web site (or both if applicable), and also fill out the proper certificate of examption. If you have already done this for Atlas Games, you will not need to do it again. Just let us know.
• Order Size: 6+ items
• Discount off MSRP: 50%
• Shipping: Prepaid (see below)
• Payment: Prepaid via PayPal (address will be shared after order).
• Fulfillment: The retailer tier is fulfilled last, immediately after individual backer pledges. This is to prevent customer dissatisfaction with both the retailer and The Everway Company. No backer wants to see the product available on a retailer shelf before they have been shipped their copy. This undermines trust in backing our campaigns and puts our campaign funding at risk in the future. However, we do our utmost to ensure that retailers who back through our Kickstarter will receive their product a full month before any retailer who does not back through the Kickstarter campaign.
• Kickstarter Reward Tier: The retailer reward tier pledge amount can be applied to any eligible products (listed below) or to shipping for eligible products. Digital goods (PDFs), digital stretch goals, and certain add-ons (specifically those with low profit margin due to print on demand production) are not eligible products.
• Orders & Payment: Orders and payment are due at the time the pledge manager closes.
• Stretch Goals: Generally speaking, retailer reward tiers are for physical products. Any stretch goal that affects the physical eligible products below applies to retailer copies as well.
• Retailer Discounting Policy: We are not creating a MAPP at this time, but we do not want retailers to back our Kickstarters, then undercut the campaign prices. We ask that you not discount our products below MSRP for 3 months after you receive them. Consequences of disregarding this request: If you discount our products more than 10% and we find out, we will return your pledge on any unfulfilled or future Kickstarter we run and we will encourage others to do the same. We may also ask our distributors not to sell our products to you. Don't do it, please. Early access is a partnership and we are relying in part on you to position Everway as a premium brand.

Deluxe Fortune Deck

This tarot-like oracle deck can be used on its own or used to play Everway games. It is a tarot-sized version of the much simpler, poker-sized Basic Fortune Deck in the Demo Kit.

Support & Future Plans

• Player Support: We support players via our Facebook Page.
• Marketing Support: We share photogenic pictures of retailer shelves or games in play in your stores via our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram social media channels, just let us know you'd like us to do so (no more than once per month by default).
• Future Line Plans: We intend to release additional products approximately annually. The next planned products are Book 3: Spheres (the next book in the core line) and Spherewalker Companion (update and reprint of the highly-regarded Spherewalker's Sourcebook). We are hoping to Kickstart these in early 2022.
